Although these course were created for those who are already working in an administrative capacity, anyone can benefit from this training. Many of the practices and applications discussed here can be applied to a variety of industries and professions, and can also be implemented into your own personal life.
The courses are designed to build upon what you already know and do in your day-to-day jobs. This includes learning how to send emails people want to read, creating effective invites, using tips & tricks to work smarter (not harder), and how to be resourceful when faced with challenges.
